Re-Organization Meeting

Meeting called to order at 6:45 p.m. by Chairman Robert Zimmerman.
Commissioners Robert Zimmerman, Conrad Johnson, Jenifer Sill, Jean Zimmerman and
James G. Neill, Stacy Deluca, Rio Grande Fire Company President Larry Forsyth, Scott
Aaron Sill were present.

AGENDA
CHAIRMAN:​ This is the annual reorganization meeting of the Middle Township Fire

District No. 2

FIRE DISTRICT NO. 2 VOTING RESULTS:

​Fire District Budget was approved by the voters: 103 yes, 37 no votes
​Robert W. Zimmerman and Conrad Johnson Jr. were re-elected Commissioners for a 3-
year term

SWEARING IN of Robert W. Zimmerman and Conrad Johnson Jr. by Scott Aaron Sill,
Notary Public.

REORGANIZATION:

1. Election of Officers:
Robert W. Zimmerman named by Resolution 2026-01 to be Chairman; motion Conrad
Johnson Jr., second James G. Neill
Conrad Johnson Jr. named by Resolution 2026-02 to be Vice Chairman; motion James G.
Neill, second Jenifer Sill
Jenifer Sill named by Resolution 2026-03 to be Treasurer; motion James G. Neill, second
Conrad Johnson Jr.

Jean Zimmerman named by Resolution 2026-04 to be Secretary; motion James G. Neill,
second Conrad Johnson Jr.
